We Need Your Help!

We are asking for support for our continued efforts to bring the arts to Pickett County.

Good Neighbors Theatre is in the process of purchasing the building at 14 Courthouse Square in downtown Byrdstown, with plans for renovating it into an arts and cultural center. With a $5,000 donation from the Estate of Mary Estelle Mullins in 2004, a vision of the Mary Estelle Mullins Arts Center began to grow. Since that time, members of this community have raised nearly 64% of the purchase price of the building. We have also obtained the building at 16 Courthouse Square and have modified our plans to include this building as backstage area. We are in the process of securing loan funds so that we may proceed with the remodeling process. But we will still need sponsorship support as we strive to develop an active and profitable arts center for our community. Your tax deductible donation can be made payable to Good Neighbors Theatre, Inc. and mailed to P.O. Box 493, Byrdstown, TN 38549. Thank you.
